Construction on your Northern Electric headquarters building continues on schedule and within budget. Work is focused on the interior. The final indoor concrete pours finished in early August and the framing for the walls has started. Next, crews will focus on putting up drywall and continuing to install electrical and plumbing. The building is expected to be completed by late November 2026.

As of June 30, we’ve expended 38% of the project budget. As reported at the 2026 Annual Meeting, the total project budget of $7.1 million includes contractor, architect, testing, furnishings, and other miscellaneous costs.
