Headshot of Todd With only a couple months left in the project, your new Northern Electric Cooperative headquarter building is still within budget. As of August 31, 46% of the $7.1 million budget has been expended. As subcontractors continue to wrap up their pieces of the project, we may see a jump in expenditures.

Work inside the building is getting closer to the final stages. The ceiling grid and lights have been installed. Taping, texturing, and painting is wrapping up. Many of the ducts for the HVAC system have been installed already. The exterior of the vestibule is almost complete; the glass has been installed. Once a majority of the interior work is done, the concrete floors will be polished.

We will continue to provide highlights as the project continues. For more information about your new headquarters, please talk to your director or co-op manager.
