How To Pay Your Bill

Northern Electric Cooperative offers members several convenient options to pay their monthly bill. Whether it is paying online or dropping off a check at the office, there are a number of options available to consumers. All bills are due on the 21st of every month.

Smarthub

Smarthub 

Use the Northern Electric Smarthub feature to pay monthly bills online. Simply go to the Northern Electric Cooperative homepage and create an account using the Smarthub login box. Members can also download the Smarthub app from the Android or Apple app stores and pay their bill from their smartphone or tablet. Automatic Withdrawal

For a worry-free payment option members can have their monthly bill automatically withdrawn from their checking or savings account every month. To enroll print off this form and turn it into the office with a voided check blank and the monthly balance will be withdrawn every month. 

 

 

 

 

Pay By Phone 1-844-834-4454

Northern Electric members who want to pay their bill over the phone can call 1-844-834-4454. This number allows members to enter their account information using a secure pay-by-phone system.

Pay With Cash or Check 

Monthly payments can also be paid by sending in a check to the office at:

Payments can also be made with cash or check by stopping by the Northern Electric office on US Highway 12 in Bath or at the co-op office on US Highway 281 north of Redfield.  There are drop boxes at both locations for after-hours payments. Ken's Super Fair Foods in Aberdeen also has a drop box for payments.
