Automatic Bill Payment

This form is required for NEC members to set up automatic payments from their bank or checking accounts for their monthly bills. Automatic payments will begin the month following the submission of the form.

1. Download Automatic Bill Payment form
2. Print the form
3. Attach a voided check made out to Northern Electric
4. Return the form to us
